MORTEN SAYS... HELLO

5th September 2004

Hello... and where did the summer go?

Music lovers

If you ever drive by the sorry-ass town of Sandnes, you must stop by Record World. Probably the best second hand record shop in the country. Vinyl, as well as CDs. And movies. Sure! You can check what they've got on the internet as well. I dropped by to get some old Jackson Five stuff. You can say a lot of things about Michael's nose, but he sure could sing like a bastard.

I also got Lee Hazelwood and Nancy Sinatra, David Cassidy (no, really, he is a great singer), Mahalia Jackson (the great gospel singer) and the film music from "Pat Garret and Billy the Kid", by Bob Dylan, which is an absolutely magical album, and I think I've got five copies of it. I can't stop buying it.

I want to thank you for coming to our gigs. We've had a great tour, but it has kinda been going on since the beginning of February, so we are welcoming home-life with great enthusiasm. I also wanna thank the band and the crew, and everybody we met on the road.

If you want to read a great book, go get "The Life of Pi". I promise you a wonderful time reading it.

Børge eating my take-away salad...
Børge, I think you should have a word with your
moral self! That was my salad, and you didn't ask.

This is what too much touring can do to a boy.
